It was a mixed set of results for the sides at North Petherton Bowls Club with the men’s A and Ladies securing wins, but the Mens B falling to two defeats.
The mixed side also lost in a friendly at home to Williton.
On Wednesday (July 17) the men defeated Taunton B 54-47 while the men’s B side lost to Taunton’s A side 31-82.
On Thursday (July 18) North Petherton men overcame Wellington B but the B side lost to Wellington A. On the same day, the C team lost away from home at Bridgwater C 42-48.
Friday saw the ladies win at home to Taunton 60-41 and the men’s C follow up their defeat to Bridgwater with victory over Taunton Deane B 50-45.
On Saturday, the madies lost to Taunton 42-46 while the men’s A team won over their Taunton Dean counterparts.
