Bridgwater United suffered a defeat to Worthing at home on a wet afternoon at Fairfax Park.
On the back of a 6-0 victory over Portishead Town, United went into the game making just one change with Hollie Tappin replacing Faith Bedford.
Worthing made a fast start and took the lead three minutes in when a free kick was swung into the danger area and a visiting player was able to head home.
The visitors tried to press home their authority following the goal but on 10 minutes Bridgwater created their own chance as Tappin drove forward and drew a save from the visiting keeper.
However, it was 2-0 on 18 minutes when Alex Madden was robbed of the ball trying to play out from the back and Worthing capitalised.
The visitors added a third on 38 minutes when an unmarked Worthing player picked up a cross in the box to score.
Bridgwater United tried to pick up the tempo in the second half and were rewarded on the hour mark as Bethany Everson drove down the wing before cutting inside and slotting the ball past the keeper.
The Robins continued to push for more goals but Worthing were ultimately successful.
Bridgwater United are currently eight in the league with six points from seven games.
