Bridgwater started well in the muddy conditions, pinning the opposition back in their own half for the first 10 minutes.
However, the visitors began to step up their game and had a strong penalty appeal turned down after 15 minutes.
Bridgwater hit back on 25 minutes when Faran Stewart pounced on a flick through by Katie England to crash the ball home from close in.
Sports equalised after 40 minutes after one of many goalmouth scrambles.
The second half continued in the same manner, with both sides creating chances.
Sports had another penalty appeal turned down and Bridgwater striker England was fouled twice when through on goal and, from the resulting free-kicks, Chloe Stringer hit the target both times but could not beat the impressive Sports keeper.
