RED Tile have all but been confirmed champions of the Uxella Sunday League Division One after their 2-2 draw away to Quantock Pride.
Although there is still a remote possibility second-place Tiger Old Boys could catch the leaders mathematically, they would have to win their final game by a huge margin and hope the unbeaten Red Tile lose their two remaining fixtures.
Ian Bellinger was the hero for Tiger Old Boys as he hit four goals in their 7-3 win over Abbey Moor. Adam Long chipped in with a hat trick.
Piers Govier also had his scoring boots on as he notched four goals for Maltshovel in their 8-0 win against Woolavington. Organ, Prowse, Gilder and Cock were also on the score sheet.
Blake OB maintained their lead at the top of Division Two thanks to a 2-1 win over Huntspill. Jamie Winter and Craig Watts scored for the home side.
Middlezoy continued the pressure on the leaders with a 1-0 away win against Maxwells. Chris Bell's goal ensured Middlezoy still sit three points behind Blake OB.
Jack Winter and Dan Saunders helped Grasshoppers to a 2-1 win against Knowle. Ron McGimpley replied for Knowle.
Hat trick hero Sammy Godfrey helped NM Sports to a 5-0 home win over Ramblers. Scott Harman and Mark Passmore completed the scoring.
Puriton won all three points with a 3-0 win against New Foresters. Darren Cooper's brace and a goal for Oli Pearce secured the win.
