NORTH PETHERTON struggled to get into any rhythm for the first 40 minutes at Newquay.
Handling errors and wrong choices meant Pethy were unable to go through the phases but they still dominated all the set pieces.
The front row of Angel, Williams, and Ranson caused Newquay problems all afternoon, Cox was ever dependable in the line out as was Miles Mcneillie who put in a man of the match display with the amount of turnovers he secured.
The second half was one-way traffic as Pethy played attacking rugby scoring six tries in the process, but as in the previous week basic errors resurfaced.
Captain Matt Angel said: “We didn’t play great rugby at times but it’s starting to come together and our game has improved greatly over the last 12 weeks.”
